Who are we?
The parents group focuses on providing fun and rewarding activities for the class of 2010 at Kamehameha Schools, Kapalama campus.  In the past, we have organized and sponsored a pool party, movie night, talent show, bowling (see photo gallery below).  This group also drives the class participation (recruiting, assignment of tasks, etc.) for the annual Ho'olaulea.  We are funded $2 per student per year for the above activities but as many of you know, much more has been spent.  We have been fortunate in the donation of cash, goods, and services to provide much more to our children than what would normally be allowed.

Communication to all parents have been our biggest challenge.  The contact information that you provide to the school is available to our ATP representatives (listed below), however email addresses are not.  Therefore, we must ask parents directly for their email address and currently have a Yahoo Groups distribution list of approximately 400 email addresses.  This email distribution list is our primary way to communicate important events and updates to parents quickly.  If we needed to send a letter via mail or through your child, the process could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks due to school administrative requirements and approvals.  Click the "Email signup" button on the left to learn more about our email list.  Please see the disclaimer at the bottom of the page.
