How to Get Full Access to Yahoo Group
Services
New members start out with limited
email-only membership.
For member privacy, certain group services
use the free "Yahoo ID" facility:
- Ability to search / view previous
messages sent to the email group distribution list
- Access to the parent database
(containing optional name, email, and phone information)
- Ability to manage your email
subscriptions to this and other groups you may subscribe to
To get full access to these services, go to
Edit My Groups at
Yahoo.
- If you can see a list of your Yahoo
Groups, you have a Yahoo ID, have recently signed onto Yahoo, and can
change the email address.
- If you see: "Enjoy all the benefits of
Yahoo Groups" you either have not recently signed on to Yahoo or you
don't yet have a Yahoo ID.
If you do not yet have a Yahoo ID, click "Sign Up" in the bottom right
corner to get a Yahoo ID quickly without providing personal information.
(Uncheck the box "Create my free Yahoo! email address" unless you need
an additional free email address)
